Sport Shoes Manufacturing and Retaining Company

 (Shout Marketing, 2018)

There are many different shoes companies in the market but all the are following the same old trend. Here I am starting a company named ‘RUN’. It is a sports shoe company. It is going to be a unisex shoe company and will be selling different types of shoes like Sneaker Shoes, Sports Shoes, and Sandals. Its slogan will be ‘let’s do it’. The best thing about the company is going to be it will launch new models every other week. The inventory of this company is going to be very limited because we will launch new products every other week and that product will last up to 2 months. The company will make its products in its factory and will have its retail outlets. I select this company because according to some source, it is one of the most profitable business and moreover did much research on shoe business, so I have a reasonable knowledge of this type of business.

Primary Target Market

  • The primary target market of the company will be the people who do regular exercise, Runners and athletes.
  • People ageing from 16 to 35 years of ageing

Secondary target Market

Secondary market will be the consumers ageing from 15 and below because these are the children whose foot size grows and  will need new pair of shoes after certain period of time.

Instagram

Instagram as it is the only platform in which we can find the highest number of youngsters ageing from 15 to 35 for influencing them. Moreover, it is the fastest growing social media platforms. It has approximately 1billion active users from different parts of the world. It is not an expensive way of advertising. The cost per thousand click on Instagram is $6.70. (Thrivehive, 2019)

Twitter

It is a platform which has the highest number of crowds of all ages of this can be an excellent platform to advertise in it. It is the only social media platform that can give global exposure to the product. On twitter we can write our message in 240 word. Twitter charges somewhere around $0.10 to $0.30

(Marketing Influencer, 2018)

Facebook

We can join some groups and then we can advertise in those groups. By doing all these things, I think we can give an excellent boost to our company. Moreover, we can also sell shoes through Facebook because who so ever likes the shoes can DM us and can send us their size and we can deliver shoes to their place. Facebook charges $8 per thousand views or clicks. (Main, 2019)

Editorial Calendar

In the editorial calendar, I will post photos of the latest collection on every Thursday, Friday on Instagram and Facebook because generally on Friday everyone gets pay from their work, and this is the right time to advertise the new collection. I will post it in the morning and the evening because this is the time when people have free time, and they can watch the advertisement in peace. Every evening I will post at least one post on Facebook and on Instagram, i.e. seven posts In a week this amount is not too much that people get fed off from the repetitive advertisement and not also less that people forget about the brand/product. On YouTube, I will post once in a week because of two reasons firstly, making videos is a time-consuming process and secondly, it involves cost as compare to rest two platforms.

What is UGC or User Generated Campaign?

UGC User Generated Content it is used to describe the content like images, audio files, videos, blogs and other forms of media that the consumer makes. Whatever a person uploads, it is possible to the end-user publicly. It is also known as ‘consumer-generated media’. It has a wide range of applications like analysis, entertainment, news, problem processing.

How UGC can help attain your goals?

According to me, I think that User Generated Content is going to be very valuable to us in advertising our product. In this, we can create our massage according to our requirements what we want to communicate. It assists in monitoring how effective the advertising campaign is going. Moreover, it helps to generate an audience. A study was conducted at Boston University, and according to that study, 1% increase in marketing budget in User Generated Content will result in an average of 133% increase in revenue, which is not a bad idea to advertise through User Generated Content. When we advertise through Television or newspaper, we never know that how many people watch that advertisement, but through UGC we can understand the exact number of people watching the ad, and through this, we can know that our campaign is running successfully or not.
