About my life
The age in which I am in the age where we have to decide what we want to do in our life. Life gives us millions of channels so that we can take to lead our lives, but this all depends on us that what we decide. We are the supreme court of our life. We got all the rights to take the decision. I choose to open a restaurant because I am an extravert person, and I like to deal with people, and I have sufficient resources that I could open a restaurant in Toronto.

My future after graduation and why I choose that?
I have decided that after completing my graduation, I will locate the restaurant in Toronto Downtown area. The reason why I want to step in this line is what. I notice there are not many Indian restaurants in Canada whereas Indians are the second most number of people that are migrated to Canada, so the demand for restaurants is increasing day by day. A lot of people are coming to Canada from India and neighbouring countries of India. What I notice is the restaurants that are already in the competition should not be maintained that much standard and does not care that much about the food quality. Back home, we had a chain of restaurants, and even in Canada I am working in a restaurant I started as a server, and by the grace of god after four months they raised me as a manager of that restaurant. I choose it because I have a plenty of interest in this field. Earlier, I did not have any expertise in liquor serving, but as now I am going to start my restaurant, so, I went through the training on how to serve liquor.
Why I choose a business course to study?

I studied Business course because I was good at work in a restaurant if we are operating a restaurant, then we should know how to Make people work how to work in leadership. Secondly, we need so many other skills like Marketing, Human Resource Management, Accounting and many more and this was the only course which was going to teach all these skills, so that’s why I opt this course.
About the restaurant
It is going to be in the Downtown area so it will be a fine dining restaurant with for mid-high-income class people. It will be an Authentic Indian style restaurant with two banquet halls, and we will also be a catering service. According to my experience, having a catering business along with a restaurant is the best business combination. Most of the restaurant makes one major mistake that they do not give any after-sales service like they should call or email the customer about the taste and ask them one thing that they like the most and one thing that they don’t like in the restaurant by doing this customers will feel satisfied with the services. Secondly, we will come to know the mistakes that we are doing, and we got a chance to improve them (if needed). Thirdly the customers will think that we care about them and they will also show loyalty towards us.
